What's for Dinner, Tues., June 28, 2016

Late night dinner here. The college at which I teach has a board meeting and I have to speak. I made vegetable beef soup to have when I get home about 10 p.m.

It is mostly likely going to be a raucous meeting. Our administration is so bad they just got sanctioned by the American Assoc. of University Professors. Fireworks!

Good luck with your meeting... if it turns into a brawl, don't forget to record and youtube!

We had leftovers from Sunday: Lima beans, sauteed squash, buttered red potatoes, and tomato salad with little orange tomatoes from the garden.

Costco chicken stock, some oriental-style dumplings (from frozen), and added soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, scallions, and some sautéed garlic/ginger. It was GOOOD. Then had some homemade chocolate chip ice cream for dessert.
