Sounds weird, but intriguing and would love to try it.
Back when my girl was young and a fan of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, she tried their idea of smearing a bit of peanut butter on pizza and wanted me to try it too.
I said: Yuck! no way!

could be used for muffins or even thrown in a bread pan to make a loaf. The cookies come out cake like.
