What's for Dinner, Sat., Oct. 1, 2016

The RG has made beef short ribs in sauce, and we will also be having mushroom risotto.

Today I get my four packages of burrata! Maybe we will have some tonight accompanied by tomatoes with basil pesto on top.

We have a couple nice bottles of pinot noir to go with. One is Alsace Rouge 2012, Marcel Deiss.

I'm having a Papa Murphy's bake at home pizza, herb chicken Mediterranean, sun dried tomatoes, spinach. The other one I really like is bacon, chicken, artichokes and spinach in a garlic sauce.
