Appetizer: burrata with olive oil and chopped basil.
Shrimp marinated in hoisin sauce; stir fry baby bok choy, carrot, red pepper.
Dessert:  toffee cake made by the RG. Yogurt topping.

1. Seared ahi tuna steaks

with an avocado salsa. Cold sesame noodles with sauteed carrots, mushrooms and sugar snap peas.

ps: Bought my first blender today. Got tired of using the food processor for liquid stuff...

It was a name I recognize. I figure if they are still making blenders after decades, they must be doing something good. It came with a food chopper interchangeable jar too.
