What's for Dinner, Wed., Nov. 30, 2016

Stumbled onto a sale on red peppers at the store, so I have two trays roasting in the oven right now. I tossed them with olive oil, garlic, and basil. I plan on making romesco sauce with them.

This is the best sauce! It has red pepper, almonds, parsley, tomato puree, paprika, cayenne, and a few other ingredients. I like to have it with breaded chicken cutlets or fish filets. Tonight it will be on lamb sandwiches, which the RG already made.

Tossed salad using romaine, roasted beets, feta cheese, and toasted walnuts. This I serve with citrus vinaigrette, which also has a little hot sauce in it.
