Salmon over bitter greens-frisee, endive, and radicchio. Spicy-sweet citrus dressing.
If thats not enough, Ill have a bowl of pasta with tomato sauce and some of my roasted red peppers and buratta.
I have no business having dessert tonight as we had the most divine apple strudel last night at the restaurant. However, Im going to come up with something anyway, even if I have to go to the store for some sorbet!

(60,006 posts)The atmosphere here drove me away. It is a refuge - I will be here now and then. Busy year coming up, so probably at a lesser extent than previously. I am in a way in political hiding as well - the election outcome has me utterly freaked and depressed

(2,301 posts)...and I made Smitten Kitchen's Lemon Bars for dessert (for several days). Can't wait to taste them...fresh lemon juice and lots of zest. Thought I'd take a break from chocolate cakes.
