I read your "What's for Dinner" almost everyday.

Is this a restaurant menu/special - or do you eat like this at home everyday?

If this is at home - I'm going to copy, paste and send to my RG/wife daily!

We do go out to restaurants quite often, and when we do, I always say it's a restaurant meal and what I intend to order. What I will order is easy to figure out, since we only frequent four restaurants here in Northern NJ.

Genoa, capicola, sharp provolone, various olives, peppers, mushrooms and artichokes from the "glass salad" marinated collection, lettuce, tomato, sweet onion, etc etc.

I've begun my "clean out the fridge before vacation" annual purge. Last year, I only threw out (to the bunnies in the backyard) a half a head of iceberg lettuce. Let's see how well I do this year. Six days to go.

ps: Made a chili yesterday. Too much to keep in the fridge, so I froze the leftovers today. Will be good for after vacation.
