1. I made pizza dough two nights a week for spending money in college.

I made enough dough for around eight dozen pizzas and four dozen hoagie rolls. We used yeast cake and would mix the yeast with warm water and a bit of sugar. We waited for proof the yeast was active by it bubbling before we proceeded. There was a great big mixer with dough hook that would shake the room once the dough formed up good. For us the secret of a good pizza dough was the multiple risings and kneading that made the dough very stretchy.

I'm not sure I could make just two pizzas though.
