For Xmas, Mrs. Snark gave me a cast iron Le Creuset braiser w/ grill lid, so I'm using the grill for the first time tonight.
Burgers on brioche bun
9x9 pan of "plan over" cheesy potato dish, which I put aside on the 24th.
Fresh broccoli, steamed

(yes, that one)

We weren't in the mood for pizza, so we all got grinders. I had the steak grinder with mushrooms and onions.
Yum.

I haven't posted in quite a while, still having cancer treatment, but past most of it. Anyway, ye olde taste buds have improved of late, and tonight I had my first Cobb/chef salad in ages! Boy, was that missed!
I see that my Publix has King crab legs on sale, finally, and I am going to jump on that tomorrow. I'll be making my salad, with celery, red pepper, and mayo.
Just wanted to mention that my daughter (we're Jewish) is visiting her boyfriend's family for Christmas, and I got this text: "Ham is good!" We were never kosher, but it was just something I never made.
