What's for Dinner, Fri., Dec. 30, 2016

Raw vegetables with tahini dip. Blanched broccoli, baby carrots, and cucumber slices. I didn't make the tahini dip; I got it from TJ's.

Chicken fingers made with pecan flour instead of wheat flour. Various sauces, like Dijon mayonnaise and hoisin sauce.

Using the deli slicer, I'll make thin cottage fries with both Russet and sweet potatoes.
