Snow peas, bell peppers, broccoli, olives, cheese, carrots, lettuce etc.
Store bought ranch dressing

Mexican rice, pinto beans w/ cilantro. An avocado salsa and tortillas for the chicken. (Just think El Pollo Loco.) I may even fold in some pico de gallo into the rice.

Cara cara orange for dessert. My new favorite orange.

The Sicilian orange salad elleng posted. In fact, it was by accident. A girl I was dating invited me over for dinner, but she forgot salad items at the store. She improvised and made an orange and red onion "salad" with a vinaigrette. It came out quite nice (though, at the time, she could have served me dog chews and I would have said "nice job, baby!&quot .
