Valentine Favorites
On Valentine's Day, I always think about the Valentine cake my late mother baked. She had two heart shaped cake pans that she only used for Valentine's Day. She'd bake devils food and ice the cake with a 7-minute white icing. She'd sprinkle crushed peppermint candy on top. Oh my! how her six children loved that cake.
