What's for Dinner, Thurs., Feb. 16, 2017

Seafood casserole. It has shrimp, clams, and other kinds of seafood in it, along with some pasta.

For vegetables, there were some from last night--the root vegetable mix, as well as some Brussels sprouts.

A saugy (beef, pork, natural casing) is RI's homegrown hot dog. I brought back about 20 each ( ~ 3 lbs) during Christmas vacation. Maybe I'll put some fries in the oven, too. Maybe not...

Cher: I made a seafood casserole last week. Similar to yours in ingredients, but I used egg noodles. I used BTB lobster base to make the cream sauce. Yum!
