Tea?

I am not a tea expert, although I drink a lot of it. I believe I mentioned in this forum that my niece was going to do an internship at a tea company in Japan. She has given me a link to the blog she helps write.

I'm finding it interesting reading so I thought I would share. There are even some recipes there so I'm on topic here.

It is very pretty there. I never got to go out into the countryside on my work trip to Kyoto in '98.

the fermented kind, love it! This blog and really anything about Japan is very interesting to me. They know much that we in the west don't. Thanks!

Do some research on the probiotics in fermented foods that have not been pasteurized...amazing. I drink Kombucha...you can get it everywhere but I brew my own. More later.
