1. Leftover wonton soup

The soup is leftover, the pork-shrimp wontons were frozen. Now what to do with the other 30 wonton skins in the fridge ... I think I'll just seal them good and freeze them. (It's just pasta, after all.)

I'll pop a couple of frozen chicken egg rolls in the toaster oven too.



ps: Needed to make guajillo and NM chili powders using the grinder today. (I buy whole dried chilies - they are everywhere, and cheap.) My hands are a wonderful shade of bright red right now.
