Steak, sliced potatoes with cheese, and salad.

I made the salad, and it has halved red grapes, toasted pecans, tangelos, asparagus, chopped celery and green onions, and brown rice. The dressing has tangerine juice in it.

For dessert, hazelnut gelato.

2. Making scampi tonight.

A cauliflower and pepper saute on the side. A little sugar-free chocolate after.

Been working around the house, and don't feel like cooking tonight.

4. Just got home from buying groceries

I'm preparing a mushroom swiss burger on sourdough bun.
Sides TBD, I think there is some potato salad or slaw waiting to be used up.

5. Made the 12-hour round trip drive to pick up kiddo from college today

So it was Panera salads all around...
Strawberry poppyseed was a hit
