What's for Dinner, Sat., May 13, 2017

Steak, sliced potatoes with cheese, and salad.

I made the salad, and it has halved red grapes, toasted pecans, tangelos, asparagus, chopped celery and green onions, and brown rice. The dressing has tangerine juice in it.

For dessert, hazelnut gelato.

adding link to salad recipe because it's so good. Warning, however, the blogger is verbose. Very nice pic at link.

A cauliflower and pepper saute on the side. A little sugar-free chocolate after.

Been working around the house, and don't feel like cooking tonight.

I'm preparing a mushroom swiss burger on sourdough bun.
Sides TBD, I think there is some potato salad or slaw waiting to be used up.
