Cold chicken sandwiches with salad made from zucchini, feta cheese, and mint.
Very light dining tonight because it's hot and muggy here.

(32,967 posts)for lunch, so I'll finish that tonight. I'm cleaning out the fridge for a grocery store trip later.
I am going to roll up a flour tortilla around ham, turkey, Swiss cheese, spinach leaves, and whatever other veggies I see that strike my fancy.
I usually go over board and put too much in to roll them up properly.

(2,302 posts)Medical stuff all day today; I had a bone biopsy of my hip...the doctor was very certain that what he saw looked benign, but he went ahead just to be 100% sure. I hadn't eaten all day, and when the nurse brought me a cafeteria sandwich afterward I inhaled it, so dinner, most likely pizza, is going to be late. And relished!

(2,302 posts)I feel pretty good! He did give me a scrip for pain pills, and maybe it will hurt later, but so far, no discomfort from the procedure. I'm very happy that once he looked at the scans he downgraded the diagnosis. And after some Internet research I see that what is there (cysts) seems to indicate osteoarthritis. MUCH better than cancer!
