....had a stressful day and do not want to cook or move much, I need to rehydrate and fortify the blood with antioxidants.
I had a great veggie lunch downtown earlier in the day.

For him, pot pie made the lazy way. I split the recipe to make two small ones and freeze the second.
For me, simple chicken salad on a lovely green salad plate.
This isn't cookery, but I went searching for super-skinny stick pretzels (a special love for me) today. It appears that the company that made the ones I liked, H.W.Anderson, discontinued them. I found an acceptable replacement at World Imports. Shultz, which started in this country, seems to be currently run out of New Zealand (wha?), and now the import part of the search makes sense. I had to buy a THREE pound bag for the grand price of six dollars.

Chicken Cordon Bleu and couscous.
Made a "fresh" banana & chocolate milkshake for dessert.

Salad container for tomorrow got wheat grass and kale from my garden along with a romain mix, organic celery, apples, cheese and turkey.
...Out of walnuts. Nuts!
