It never fails to make people say "yum" despite its simple ingredients. I honestly don't know how many cups it holds, but any extra could be baked on the side in something else.

1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix (smaller size, not large)
5 eggs
3/4 cup veg oil
3/4 cup cream sherry
1 tablespoon grated nutmeg

Mix it all together and beat for two minutes. Pour into a buttered and floured bundt pan or angel food pan.

Bake at 350-375 just until a toothpick comes out clean. I would check at 1/2 hour.

It's going to smell terrific.

Let cool, remove from pan and dust with powdered sugar.
