(32,928 posts)the cabbage steak is a slice of cabbage about 1/4 inch thick that I oven roasted on Saturday. The kielbasa is tofurky brand. It suprised me how much I liked that brand.
There is some leftover salad and if it is not too tired, I'll add some turkey breast TJ cooked in the crock pot yesterday.
If the salad isn't happy, there are fresh tomatoes and cucumber to go with the turkey.

(58,785 posts)I had a craving for a Ruth's Tuna Dip night. So that with corn tortilla chips, and celery, carrot and daikon radish because they were there. Upside down martini for me, beer for him. Strictly a pantry dinner of a few minutes, very different from leg of lamb, but we enjoyed it. We won't be able to have dinner on the porch much longer.
