What's for Dinner, Mon., Sept. 18, 2017

Ground veal, chicken livers, asparagus, couscous, and nuts in lettuce leaves. It’s a “roll-up,” I guess you could say. Anyway, it’s an original concoction by the RG.

Tres leches cake

Pomegranate Italian soda.

with capicola, genoa salami, sharp provolone, and the usual salad items with OO and red wine vinegar.

When I walked in, I saw the couscous and asparagus is one dish and the rest is for the lettuce leaf roll-ups.
