It's been hot here, nearly 90, so we're just having a cold plate tonight:
--cold tortellini (pumpkin)
--flatbreads with chicken liver and chicken liver mousse.
--tossed green salad with citrus dressing. It's butterleaf with vegetable roll-ups topped with shrimp.
--Fig cream soda (Italian)
Sliced apple for dessert.

(32,828 posts)Cottage Cheese, grape & yellow tomatoes roughly chopped, jalapenos, green onions, red bell pepper, avocados & cilantro. Mix, let sit 5ish minutes. Iced water with cuke slices.
Quite warm here and this won't heat up the kitchen

With roasted garlic mashed potatoes. Green beans of some type of recipe. (Maybe olive oil and lemon juice?)
ps: Chicken livers... MMmmmmmmmm....
