Main dish: chicken and rice. The rice will be some type of unusual rice, maybe black rice.

The last moose roast from my hub's 2015 hunting season. Will serve on Basmati rice with snow peas on the side. Using my Instant Pot to tenderize the meat before simmering it the curry and coconut milk.
*The Instant Pot is a miracle in the kitchen. I highly recommend it!!
