What's for Dinner, Mon., Oct. 30, 2017

Nibbles off party food I'm making for tomorrow: BBQ pork on onion rolls, cole slaw, maple-roasted squash, apple cider, crackers, crudite, that sort of thing. I have to have everything ready today because of work tomorrow.

Slow cooked with ham and bacon. Onion, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and wine vineger. They are still cooking in a crock pot so I haven't tasted them yet.

Bake ~20/30 min till hot and cheese is bubbly. If you have broccoli or spinach, yes mix that in as well. Did I mention cheese?
Mine is a left overs meal.

It's usually noodles with egg and parmesan in the bottom of pie tin.
Add cottage cheese or ricotta.
Then marinara, with or without meat.
Then mozzarella on top.

All baked.

Yummy.
