What's for Dinner, Fri., Nov. 3, 2017

I’m making a recipe from the Moosewood Restaurant’s new cookbook: “Belgian Endive Citrus Salad with Gremolata.” The gremolata is, of course, just parsley, walnuts, olive oil, etc.

The RG is making the main dish, and I don’t know what that is but will post back.

Dessert will be orange spice tea and a slice of blueberry pound cake he bought from the bakery.

in a pita, with lettuce, tomato and tzatziki sauce. I added a habanero to the mix just for fun.

Goof of the day: Not only have I never made it before, I've never eaten it before. The recipe looked good, so what the heck.

I can't eat without dire consequences, but I am starving, and I now hate all sports drinks and all crackers.
