Potato-leek soup.
There's probably more to it than that, but that's all I'm being told at this time.
Now me, I've been working on chow-chow, using my green tomatoes. I went to our fabulous farmer's market today for the freshest of ingredients to go with. Unfortunately for the farmers, so many things were frozen. I bought cauliflower, and red and green peppers. Oh, and a big head of Napa cabbage.

lets see .. Sunday we will have eggplant parma.
Monday is veggie lasagna
Tuesday will be big pot of minestrone
and Wednesday Thursday and Friday
will be leftovers ... (I love leftovers ...)

(5,996 posts)Got a 20# bag of spuds at Costco, so I'll do mashed potatoes w/ gravy.
Also, got some nice looking organic carrots, which I'll be steaming.
Just got under way, so two hours left to go.....
