and made muffin tins to shape puff pastry filled cups of goat cheese and ricotta, with a squash, raisin, sage, parm cheese filling. I was too ill to attend the dinner since I had recently been correctly diagnosed with a really bad disease so this year I won't try to over do it. Since the weather is predicted to be over 80 on Thanksgiving I am considering cold watermelon and fruit skewers with a salty/spicy sprinkle on top.
