with leftover mac and cheese doctored up with a little cream, garlic and red pepper, with leftover lox and a half bag of artichoke hearts stirred in. Served over a fringe of arugula because I can just toss it on the plate and don't have to tear anything up and actually, you know, make a salad.

Pork Roast, mashed potatoes and gravy.
Green, red and yellow peppers, and carrots with onion and green olives plus Caesar dressing.

I went over to the Shenandoah Valley this morning in the fog and rain to do some work and missed lunch. Then I came back in fog and sleet on the mountain this evening. The drive wore me out so I made a half pot of coffee and then hit a grocery store for a few items. I expected a rush on the store due to the forecast snow, but it was slow. The cashier told me "be glad you weren't here at 5."

I'm looking forward to our first real snow fall. We had very little this winter and might get 4 to 8 inches on the first full day of Spring.

Time to eat!
