What's for Dinner, Fri., Mar. 30, 2018

Kung Pao Lettuce Leaf Cups. This is a Mollie Katzen recipe and has chopped vegetables, tofu, rolled in a butter lettuce leaf. I'm changing out her dressing because I think mine will be better: soy, fresh OJ, and a little agave.

For the main course, the RG cooked up veal stew with leeks, carrots, and the other usual types of vegetables. He's been simmering it since 11 a.m.

Dessert: tiny piece of carrot cake ('cuz that's all that's left!) with cream cheese frosting and topped with walnuts.

with lots of vegetables. I have a really bad chest cold and hope this will help. Dessert? Probably the Cadbury caramel egg I've been saving.
