What's for Dinner, Fri., May 4, 2018

Mango-avocado pasta salad with cilantro-lime dressing. It also has toasted pine nuts and diced celery for crunch. The cilantro lime dressing has jalapeno.

Maybe some cold chicken on the side, but the salad will probably be enough for me on this 87-degree day.

Now, dessert: I'm thinking Haagen Daz has a Belgium chocolate flavor and there just so happens to be a container in my freezer.

To drink, kombucha strawberry serenity tea.

Little flakes of chocolate that melt in your mouth.
WE are gettin' Chinese from the local place. Just did a long drive to take my visiting daughter to her next stop and we are going to relax tonight with the murder mystery show she thought was too old fogeyish. Right after my Epsom salt bath lol.
