What's for Dinner, Sun., May 20, 2018

I'm into easy tonight, since it is cool and overcast, which makes for perfect planting weather.

Cold sliced lamb.

Persian cucumber salad with red onion and mint.

Dessert: slice of no-sugar apple pie with Earl Grey tea.

So that I will have left overs for lunches.
I will have some garlic toast and celery on the side. Maple yogurt with maple granola and walnuts for dessert.
