the chocolate one - you slice it diagonally and it comes out striped, we always called it zebra cake. good luck finding Nabisco Famous Wafers! I have to order them from Amazon now and they are always so broken up. 
when I was a kid. I made it a few times, years ago, but the cookies are hard to find. I thought about getting Oreos and scraping the frosting off.
