faster when modeled. Chocolate can't take the high temperatures at our un-air conditioned fair buildings.

used the term "icing" instead of "frosting"! We Canucks use the icing term, and in the case of this magnificent themed cake, "icing" is indeed the correct term! Congratulations!

make it themselves at home which (even though I am a guy) is not all that hard to do plus in my opinion homemade tastes alot better than any store bought product for finishing a cake.
Not that I bake much anymore, in fact its been 4+ years since I last made anything homemade as the joy kind of went out of it after my mother passed.

At least it allows your friends here to view a beautiful creation. Great work!

I know it’s work cuz my dear wife is a baker and I a trained cook. Baking is hard work and awesome inspiration but messy as heck flour all over sugar running rampant. I never have enuf butter, but gosh those last ten pounds didn’t come from my cooking.

Looks delicious. Penguins are one of my grandsons latest obsessions.
