My Landlady(!) decided she wanted to cook, so she coated the filets with flour, egg, breadcrumbs, more egg, more breadcrumbs then pan fried.

She cooked the devil out of some cauliflower then chopped it up and seared it in olive oil and garlic.

A simple tossed salad with the last of our home-grown tomatoes and thin slices of red onion. Vinaigrette dressing.

Ruffino chianti.

Pirouettes for dessert.

Can't wait to vote tomorrow!

Chicken thighs, mac and cheese, broccoli and cauliflower.

Quick meal on a budget.

FLFC enjoyed his usual beef and some bites of the chicken. Dark meat is his favorite part. He was happy to lick cheese off a pasta shell and ignore the pasta. A sniff of the veggies was all he needed to be sure he didn't need to ask for some. Poor little guy has got to have his teeth worked on Thursday.
