even thinking of tossing them with spices (then baking in the oven briefly) before topping rolls.

I'd happily leave out the cheese not to have to go through the agony of removing the strings. I'm going to do that for a dinner I've been invited to. If I only have to create one dish, I can go to these lengths. And healthy too! Good job!
