even though I have NYT subscription they don't give me access to Cooking 
these look good and I will make some for the restaurant …. I just do a general search and inevitably someone has the recipe posted.... the maple walnut cheesecake will be on the menu tomorrow... think I want to try the cranberry curd tart as well...
