What's for Dinner, Mon., Dec. 10, 2018

We're having the shrimp dish the RG made that we were thinking to have last night, but no one was hungry enough then. It's red rice with shrimp in creamy sauce. The shrimp sauce had coconut yogurt and basil in it. It was spicy, but not too spicy. Also in it were Thai peppers, slivers of carrot, lime slices with rind and pulp, kefir oil. A little olive oil and curry.

macaroni & cheese, broccoli, sliced tomatoes.

I don't make fried chicken very often, but I think I did a pretty good job.

We’re at my brother-in-laws house. They’re fixing us filet mignon, scallops, and baked potatoes. Our 25th anniversary is tomorrow and they are wonderful people who evidently love us a lot 💕❤️😊

It's soup weather, rainy and cold. The weather experts are predicting icy roads in the morning so classes are delayed. Which means the whole town is going to go nuts.

Gonna try a new vegan herb biscuit recipe.

My ancient Better Homes and Gardens recipe with cream of celery soup, a sole survivor. I only make tuna and noodles once or twice a year, but when I do we're both craving. Like tonight.
