What's for Dinner, Sun., Feb. 3, 2019

The RG made a Superbowl-type buffet, even though no one here is interested in the Superbowl:

chicken fingers with sauce (mustard mayo, also spicy honey)

Buffalo wings with blue-cheese filled celery sticks

guacamole with corn chips

rigatoni pie with tomato sauce and lots of cheese

pork cutlets topped with spicy coriander sauce. It also has roasted citrus with it.

we are having appetizers for supper: vegetable relishes, spinach-artichoke dip, buffalo chicken dip, cold shrimp with cocktail sauce, hot Cajun shrimp ( https://iowagirleats.com/2015/12/23/cajun-shrimp-recipe/ ), and the guys wanted little smokies in BBQ sauce.

But we are also having a super bowl menu. Poutine, three cheese dip, shrimp cocktail, veggies and more.

I'm feeling lazy. Scrambled eggs with spinach, a little onion and bell pepper, and cheddar. Bacon and toast. Wish we had some fruit, we are overdue for a grocery trip.

sweet corn, and some strange packaged spanish rice I got free with a coupon...not bad, just didn't go with the meal that much (and I don't generally buy that kind of processed crap, I prefer my junk food from a drive through )

oh and some devilled eggs I finally got around to making
