Looking for a reliable free Android phone app that will:

Allow me to collect _and edit_ recipes from the web, add my own recipes, auto-scale recipes when I change servings, give nutrition and calorie info, make shopping lists, and calculate cost per recipe and serving.

Does it exist? For free?
