1 1/2 c of hot chocolate milk +2 teaspoons of espresso powder. Chocolate bits from a chopped up hershey bar on top pf spray whipped cream. Next time, I'd use more espresso & a dark chocolate milk mix to intensify it. The spray whipped cream was fun.

Crazy evening.

TJ off to work and running late.

I cooked some mini burgers for FLFC this afternoon and had two for myself. He had one and his bacon flavored treat.

I haven't decided on dinner yet and I'm contemplating a bowl of bran flakes with blueberries and banana

or a ham sandwich.

Of course I could punt and have the fruit with ice cream! And chocolate syrup!

Mostly what I want and need is a nap.

First a mug of decaf Constant Comment.
