Grilled mixed bell peppers and onions.
Grilled boneless chicken breasts.
Brown rice.
Mixed green salad.
Now were off to see a show.

Over rice in a yellow curry yogurt spice mix.

Simple meal that works well with the first of the season farm-stand watermelon section that was for dessert.
