What's for Dinner, Sat., May 4, 2019

Korean restaurant for me tonight, along with my BFF, the one with the Harry Potter decor. She is being stalked so it should be an interesting conversation. I am having the same thing I had at this restaurant when I was in Chicago, which is the stone bowl with rice and topped with vegetables and choice of steak or chicken. Yum.

Last hurrah before we go back on low-carb Monday. I usually just make the tacos for my husband, but I'm going to indulge tonght. And for tomorrow night, scampi over linguine! Plus I made chocolate mousse. I'm going to be groaning but happy.
