Appetizer is Swiss cheese slices topped with a sauce made up by the RG--it has olive oil, tomato, a small amount of bread crumbs, and herbs.
Breaded veal cutlets, baked in the oven.
Shishito peppers tossed in olive oil and roasted.

Tossed garden salad dressed w/ olive oil, lemon juice and cracked black pepper.
