What's for Dinner, Tues., July 3, 2019

Pork pies. They are miniature, about 3 x 2" and have a flaky, golden crust. Used ground pork.

Okra bits. Breaded okra with spicy sauce.

Tossed green salad.

For dessert, crepe wafer cookies.

Actually steak fingers from the place I get the fried chicken for the 4th. Fries, garlic toast, and Cole slaw.
