Radioactive fallout appears to be particularly dangerous to persons whose calcium intake is inadequate. Calcium-enrich your cooking with non-fat instant powdered milk.

Convenience food may have hidden dangers. Study the labels for additives and contaminants.

Snacks are extras that should be related to food needs. Choose them wisely

It was my only cookbook for several years, pages torn and stained, falling out!

I have an oldie from the 1800's; has some weird advice and recipes. Can't remember the name right now, think it might be valuable as a collectable.

I love the history of food and have read quite a bit about food and food history. I just found a book, The Anthropology of Food, can't wait to read it. I like to read old community cookbooks, too. That's where I got the information that I posted. I keep files of cookbook advice and sayings and really bad recipes that I find in community cookbooks.
