What's for Dinner, Wed., July 31, 2019

I'm headed to the university picnic, which lasts until 6 p.m., so when I get back we will have a late evening dinner, probably something like a salad.

I'm looking forward to this picnic because the food is supposed to be great. It's an end of summer semester celebration and a chance to talk to colleagues about things other than our jobs. It's held at a catering place on 75 acres out in western NJ. Storm warning out, though, so taking my umbrella!

We're having some work done on our bedroom which means that the furniture is piled in the kitchen!

I'm in the mood for Mexican. We'll see what the Landlady(!) has to say.

Have fun at your picnic!
