What's for Dinner, Sun., Aug. 11, 2019

Chicken salad on green pepper slices. A wrap with tuna salad in it.

Fennel and oranges with vinaigrette sliced, for a side dish.

For dessert, banana and dates, sliced. Maybe a little vanilla ice cream on top.

We had too much chicken for our little dinner party last evening so we're cooking it tonight.

Grilled chicken tarragon. Corn on the cob. Four bean salad with onions. Left-over truffles.

Pioneer Woman recipe, it looked pretty good on TV yesterday morning. And damn it is GOOD. I was almost afraid to make it, since I haven't had tuna casserole since the days of crappy school lunches and cheap cafeterias.

Try it, it's unbelievable how good it is. And easy.
