Chicken salad on green pepper slices. A wrap with tuna salad in it.
Fennel and oranges with vinaigrette sliced, for a side dish.
For dessert, banana and dates, sliced. Maybe a little vanilla ice cream on top.
Rib eye , medium rare. Saute of onions and mushrooms.
Salad greens. Local San Diego craft brew. Duck Foot.

Grilled chicken tarragon. Corn on the cob. Four bean salad with onions. Left-over truffles.

Salmon *very* lightly seasoned with some black pepper and herbs.

(10,417 posts)Pioneer Woman recipe, it looked pretty good on TV yesterday morning. And damn it is GOOD. I was almost afraid to make it, since I haven't had tuna casserole since the days of crappy school lunches and cheap cafeterias.
