Yogurt and frozen mixed berries later.

Another morning of a fresh produce breakfast—a wrap with cream cheese and the leek sprouts, chopped cucumber over the top. A cherry tomato, and a stalk of celery. Plus my green pepper that finally was ready to pick, and from which I took a big bite out of only to find it was hot! Hot hot hot!!

Who needs coffee when you can chomp down on a hot pepper? Ay yi yi.

I've thought about what special treat he could have for today, but he already gets anything I could think of to eat.

9. Happy birthday FLFC...my Mom always let us pick our dinner and cake...and if Dad had some money

in his pocket,we got a small gift...we moved all the time ...first with the military and then with various jobs. So we didn't always have friends, but there were five of us kids, and we always had each other...still really close.

TJ got home from the dentist and that's what she wants. Fresh tomatoes from the garden!

I see FLFC's nose twitching at the bacon aroma as he anxiously patrols the kitchen.

8. Good morning! 2 Lattes, organic brown rice cakes with peanut butter and a tsp of raisins...the best

thing though was a mid western peach...sweet, juicy and delicious. I am getting more today. California peaches never ripen and have no flavor...Southern peaches mostly from Carolina are mealy...and have no juice. Thankfully, the mid western/Ohio peaches are not harvested too early and taste great.
