Coffee and cream.
Later on, a bacon tomato sandwich; my neighbor put his garden to bed, and brought me a homegrown tomato yesterday, that was very kind.

I'm having tea right now but I'll have to run out to the store before she awakens!

Large Amish community with a bodacious bakery well known to all locals. It is a religious rite with my sister when she visits

(1,089 posts)And Chester and Berks Counties also have many Amish and Mennonite communities. But the famous supermarket and football field sized buffet to go to in Lancaster County is Shady Maple. All the local high school students skip school at least once their senior year (including mine) to eat the breakfast buffet. At least 5 kinds of sticky buns and sticky bun french toast.

(35,616 posts)so many breakfast items on this thread are making me salivate: Amish sticky buns, pumpkin muffin.
Broccoli-onion-red pepper filling in open boat-style taco shell. Basil and thyme. Grated Swiss cheese over the top, broiled.
Later on, blackberries over vanilla rice pudding.
