""The Mediterranean Diet for Beginners: 500 Craveable Mediterranean Diet Recipes for Everyday to Lose Weight Fast"
Everything she has cooked from it has been good.
A suggestion, next time you are at the library, browse their cookbook section, I've gotten some good ideas that way

Check your local PBS station for listings; if you buy her recipe books through them they usually keep a small part of the payment to support PBS.

If you're not familiar with the show, there are episodes available online.

I have to confess I haven't made any of these particular recipes myself, I just enjoy Greek & Middle Eastern food.

That’s all the Mediterranean diet really is. Just the foods eaten by those living along the Mediterranean coast.
